Your first visit

Each practitioner books and bills their own patients, so first steps differ a little. Here's what to expect with each.

Chiropractic

Start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through the issues you're having.
Your first full visit is an initial examination to uncover spinal and other related problems.
Both can be booked online through Jane.

Acupuncture

In Stratham Wednesdays and Thursdays

Book a "STRATHAM Initial Eval. and Treatment" visit online. Your first visit includes an in-depth evaluation and your first treatment.
Print and fill out the new patient forms and bring them with a copy of your insurance card. Can't print them? Arrive 10 minutes early and fill them out at the office.
In network with Anthem BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, and Cigna. For other plans, a superbill is provided so you can seek reimbursement. Medicare can't be billed. Please verify your coverage before your first visit.
